1. There will be no refund for payment made for products after we have started to process the order for the customer. 2. However, in instances where the customer feels that a refund is justified, the customer must submit a written request for refund. 3. All requests submitted are subjected to approval on a case-by-case basis. 5. Products can be exchanged if there is a defect or fault. 6. Products can be exchanged provided that the products are in new and original condition. 7. The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchange item is lower than the original item. 8. 1. Beauty Bistro.com provides 3PL delivery within Singapore and key destinations worldwide. 2. For deliveries to other destinations outside Singapore, please select the destination country upon checkout. 3. Delivery within Singapore is by either normal or registered mail and takes about 2-3 working days. 4. Due to the risk of possible lost mail, we encourage all customers to use registered mail as a preferred delivery option. 5. International delivery is by Speedpost. You may check the delivery information on www.speedpost.com.sg. 6. You may place an order to be delivered to a different address in Singapore other than your billing address. 7. Mailing address cannot be changed once the product is posted out. Beauty Bistro will not be responsible for products that fail to reach customers in such instances. i) Military and P.O.Box address ii) Due to delivery restrictions, delivery is not availabole for APO/FPO and P.O.
